Get a Suspended Single Girder Crane That Fits Your Workshop
Keep floor space clear for your work. Share your load, span, lifting height and building details. We will help you check whether suspended installation suits your workshop and plan a crane around your lifting task.
Why Choose a Suspended Single Girder Crane for Your Workshop?
You get lifting across your workshop while keeping floor space available for production, storage and maintenance. We review your building support, load and available height before recommending a suspended layout.

Keep Your Floor Space Clear
Where your building can support the crane, a suspended runway arrangement can reduce the need for floor-mounted crane columns. We check the support layout before recommending it.

Plan Around Your Available Height
We review roof clearance, runway position and hoist dimensions together. This helps you check the usable hook height before choosing a compact configuration.

Check the Load on Your Building
The single girder layout helps limit crane deadweight. We still review crane weight, lifting loads and support reactions with your building details before confirming the installation.

Match Movement to Your Daily Work
We select lifting and travel speeds around your load and handling task. Pendant or wireless controls can be specified so your operator can guide the load from a suitable position.

Make Inspection and Service Easier
We consider access to the hoist and other service points in the layout. You can also agree maintenance guidance and spare-parts support before ordering.

Get a Configuration for Your Site
Your capacity, span, hook height, power supply and working conditions guide the hoist, speeds and controls we propose. Final choices follow a review of your project.

What Should You Know Before Choosing Your Suspended Crane?
Can my existing workshop support a suspended crane?
Suspended installation depends on your building structure, runway and connections. Send us building or runway drawings, the required load and photos of the support area. We review the crane arrangement and support reactions; your building designer or structural engineer needs to confirm that the structure can carry the crane loads.
How do I choose the capacity and duty class?
Tell us the heaviest load you need to lift, its size, how many lifts you make each day and how many shifts you run. We use these details to review the capacity, hoist and duty class. The listed 1–10t and A3–A5 ranges are a starting point; final suitability depends on the complete project.
What if I do not know the span or lifting height?
Start with what you lift, its approximate weight and your workshop photos or drawings. For span, show the proposed runway positions. For height, tell us how high the load must reach and show any roof or equipment obstacles. Our team will help identify the measurements still needed.
Will a compact crane give me the hook height I need?
Not every building with limited headroom suits a suspended crane. The runway position, bridge and hoist dimensions all affect usable hook height. We review these dimensions together with your required lift height and clearance above the load before proposing a layout.
Who will build and check my crane?
SAICO was founded in 2021 in Henan, China. Our crane-qualified team coordinates your project with a strategic manufacturing partner with more than 30 years of experience and 90% in-house production of its core parts. SAICO’s dedicated quality team checks production processes and finished equipment.
What inspection records will I receive?
Your project can include drawings, an inspection checklist and load-test records. We agree the required checks and document list in the contract before production. This gives you a clear basis for reviewing the crane and its delivery records.
What installation and spare-parts support can I get overseas?
Remote installation and commissioning guidance is the usual starting point. On-site service can be agreed separately, with its scope, timing and cost confirmed in your offer. We also coordinate spare-parts and maintenance support for the supplied equipment; warranty terms and response times are confirmed in the contract.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We can help arrange a visit to the relevant partner factory so you can review the manufacturing setup and discuss your project. The partner manufacturing network has served more than 25,000 businesses across over 120 countries and regions. These figures belong to the partner network, not SAICO alone.
