Get the Right European Overhead Crane for Your Workshop
Tell us what you lift, how often you lift it and the space you have. We will help you choose a European single or double girder crane with the capacity, hook height, speeds and controls your work needs.
Why Choose a European Overhead Crane for Your Workshop?
You get a crane planned around your load, available space and daily lifting tasks. We review the bridge and hoist layout, work cycle and control options so you can choose a configuration that fits your operation.

Use More of Your Available Height
We review the compact bridge and hoist layout against your roof clearance and required hook height. You can check the usable lifting space before the configuration is confirmed.

Choose Controls for Smoother Handling
We match lifting and travel speeds to your handling task. Variable-frequency control can be specified for lifting, travel or both to help manage starts, stops and positioning; it is selected by project.

Match the Crane to Your Work Cycle
Your load, lifts per day and number of shifts guide the hoist, duty class and speeds we propose. This helps you plan a crane for the work it will actually do.

Choose Single or Double Girder With Confidence
We assess load, span, hook height, duty and building support together. You receive a proposed bridge and hoist arrangement with the reasons for choosing it.

Specify the Protection Your Task Needs
Overload protection, limit switches and emergency stop form part of the proposed safety configuration. Anti-collision or anti-sway functions can be added where needed; the exact package is agreed for your project.

Plan for Easier Maintenance
Modular components and planned access to service points help with inspection and replacement. You can agree maintenance guidance and spare-parts support before ordering.
European Overhead Crane: Key Specifications
Start With Your Load and Building
These ranges cover single and double girder projects. They do not mean every combination is available. Share your load, span, hook height, work cycle and runway details so we can review the hoist, wheel loads and support conditions.
European refers to the crane design and technical requirements. Applicable FEM, DIN or EN design requirements and supporting documents are identified in your agreed technical specification.

What Should You Know Before Choosing Your European Crane?
What does “European overhead crane” mean?
It describes the crane design and technical requirements, rather than a promise of European manufacture. Your crane is supplied through SAICO’s manufacturing partners in China. The applicable FEM, DIN or EN design requirements and supporting documents are identified in the agreed technical specification.
What makes this configuration useful for my workshop?
A compact bridge and hoist layout can help you use the available height. Speeds, controls and optional drive functions can be matched to your handling task. We review these choices against your load, work cycle and building, then explain the proposed configuration so you can compare it with your other options.
Should I choose single girder or double girder?
Capacity alone is not enough to decide. Send your maximum load, span, hook height, lifts per day and runway information. We review these together before proposing the bridge and hoist arrangement. The 1–100t range on this page covers different configurations, not one standard model.
Are variable-frequency control and anti-sway included?
They are selected by project. Variable-frequency control can be specified for lifting, travel or both. Anti-sway and anti-collision are also optional. Your quotation will show the agreed functions so you know what is included and what can be added.
Who will build and check my crane?
SAICO was founded in 2021 in Henan, China. Our crane-qualified team coordinates design and production with a strategic manufacturing partner with more than 30 years of experience and 90% in-house production of its core parts. SAICO’s dedicated quality team checks production processes and finished equipment.
What drawings and inspection records can I receive?
Your project can include drawings, an inspection checklist and load-test records, plus the agreed technical and design documents. The required checks, applicable standards and document list are confirmed in the contract before production.
Can you support installation and maintenance overseas?
Remote installation and commissioning guidance is the usual starting point. On-site support can be agreed separately, including its scope, timing and cost. We also coordinate maintenance and spare-parts support for the supplied equipment. Warranty terms and response times are confirmed in the contract.
Can I inspect the factory before ordering?
Yes. We can help arrange a visit to the relevant partner factory to review the manufacturing setup and discuss your project. The partner manufacturing network has served more than 25,000 businesses across over 120 countries and regions. These are partner-network figures, not SAICO-only figures.
