Your Questions, Answered

What Should You Know Before Choosing Your Double Girder Crane?

Who will review my crane requirements?

SAICO’s crane-qualified team reviews your load, lifting frequency, span, hook height and building support. We then coordinate the proposed configuration with our manufacturing partner instead of sending a standard model without checking your site.

What manufacturing capacity supports my project?

Our strategic manufacturing partner has more than 30 years of experience and makes 90% of its core parts in-house. Across the partner manufacturing network, more than 25,000 businesses have been served in over 120 countries and regions. These are partner-network figures, not SAICO-only figures.

How will you check quality before shipment?

SAICO has a dedicated quality team that visits partner factories, samples work during production and checks finished equipment. Your project can include agreed drawings, an inspection checklist and load-test records. The exact documents and inspection scope are set in the contract.

Can I inspect the factory before ordering?

Yes. We can help arrange a visit to the relevant partner factory so you can see the manufacturing setup and discuss your crane. The factory location and visit date depend on the production arrangement.

Can you support installation overseas?

Remote installation and commissioning guidance is our standard starting point. If your site needs on-site support, we can discuss the work scope, timing and cost separately before it is added to your quotation.

What if I need an OEM/ODM crane?

Tell us your brand, target specifications, expected order volume and any required design or process changes. We can coordinate private-label supply, specification changes and production planning with the manufacturing partner, then confirm what is feasible in your offer.
